30-day return window

If something is not right, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a
full refund.

Return conditions

Items should be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original packaging with any tags
attached. We inspect every return before issuing a refund.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the
return address and instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Refund timing

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we issue the refund to your original payment
method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, the fastest route is to place a new order and return the
original pair. That way the size you want does not sell out while your return is in transit.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been worn outdoors, washed or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
